Role Overview The Programme Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring a high-quality, compliant, and efficient learner onboarding experience. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of learner enrolment and onboarding, ensuring that: * Learners are enrolled accurately and compliantly * Employer and learner documentation is complete * Systems (including Bud and ILR processes) are updated correctly This role is central to maintaining audit readiness, delivering a learner-focused experience, and supporting operational efficiency during a period of growth.
