Our client, A Large public sector organisation, based in Bangor is looking for an Executive Officer to join their team.

Main Duties:
Set up and prepare for line management review, draft submissions and responses to correspondence received for the Minister, Permanent Secretary and/or Finance Director within timescales set by the Minister’s/Permanent Secretary’s office. Prepare briefing to ad-hoc finance requests from senior management and/or other Directorates in Complete a robust assessment of the Council for Curriculum Examinations and Assessment (CCEA), Council for Catholic Maintained Schools (CCMS) Monthly Expenditure Monitoring Reports (MEMR). Assess financial position against budget. Provide all necessary admin support Reviewing the monthly budget statements issued to ALBs. Managing the FMT correspondence register. In-year monitoring rounds – review commissioning letter to CCMS, CCEA and EA. Help prepare allocation / reduction letters following confirmation of monitoring rounds from Department Review revised budget plans for CCEA and CCMS and make recommendations to line management. Assist with the allocation of budgets to CCMS, CCEA and EA. Assist in the Secretariat function of the Independent Review of Baseline School Funding provided through the CFF – to include arranging meetings between the Panel conducting the Review and internal and external stakeholders; circulating papers to the Panel; assisting in analysis of responses to the consultation; and general administrative duties associated with the Review.
Essential Criteria:
1. 5 GCSEs A-C (Must include Maths and English)
2. ALevels or Degree
3. Experience of working in a high quality administration/process environment
