Healthcare Support Worker – Complex Care (Night Shifts) Location: Dover, Kent Hourly Rate: £15.00 – £17.00 per hour About the Role Superior Healthcare is looking for a compassionate and confident Healthcare Support Worker to provide one-to-one care for a child with complex health needs in their family home in Dover, Kent. Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to a paediatric client. Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery. Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals. Potential for growth and development into a supervisor or management role. Requirements Experience in paediatric complex care Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community. Experience in Seizure Management is preferred Right to work in the UK. UK driving license and access to own vehicle. Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature.
