Loro Piana is looking for an exceptional Store Manager for our concessions in Harrods, leading a team of 15-20 members. As a brand ambassador, you will drive sales, client relationships, and team development, ensuring excellence in every aspect of the store’s performance.
Job responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
1. Lead by example on the sales floor, inspiring the team to exceed KPIs and deliver top-tier service
2. Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement sales strategies
3. Maintain Loro Piana’s luxury standards, ensuring the store reflects the brand’s DNA
CRM
4. Cultivate strong relationships with VICs and top clients, enhancing brand loyalty
5. Ensure the team delivers exceptional service, providing coaching and training as needed
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues with a client-first approach
Team Leadership
7. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence
8. Monitor performance, set clear objectives, and provide ongoing feedback
9. Organize daily and weekly meetings to align the team on goals and priorities
Operations & Visual Merchandising
10. Ensure smooth store operations, from stock management to compliance with internal policies
11. Oversee visual merchandising to maintain an impeccable luxury presentation
12. Collaborate with internal departments to optimize logistics and product availability
Profile
13. Proven experience in luxury retail management
14. Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen
15. Passion for Loro Piana and deep knowledge of luxury fashion
16. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP Retail (preferred)
17. Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
