The Role & Candidate Profile - Executive Search Consultant
Executive search requires deep market insight, careful research and exceptional communication. Youll work closely with senior candidates to understand their ambitions, guide them through opportunities, and negotiate the best outcome on their behalf. Alongside this, youll build strong client relationships, gaining a detailed understanding of their hiring needs and ensuring you deliver high-calibre shortlists with care and precision.
Youll thrive in this role if you have - Executive Search Consultant:
A 2:1 or above from a well-regarded university
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a professional environment (or the capability to adapt quickly)
Strong relationship-building skills plus confidence, curiosity and problem-solving ability
Drive, ambition and a genuine desire to succeed
