About the role
Vision for Education are a market-leading education supply agency working in partnership with a large and established network of secondary schools and multi-academy trusts. Due to exceptionally high demand, we are recruiting qualified secondary teachers to support schools with both day-to-day supply and long-term cover.
We are extremely busy and currently turning away work due to demand — meaning consistent opportunities, regular bookings, and long-term stability for the right teachers.
This role is ideal for teachers who are confident delivering the UK secondary curriculum, can establish clear routines quickly, and communicate effectively with pupils and staff.
Key responsibilities
1. Deliver engaging, curriculum-led lessons across KS3 and KS4
2. Maintain positive behaviour and clear classroom expectations
3. Adapt to different school environments and follow school policies
4. Work collaboratively with staff to support pupil progress
Requirements
To be considered for the teacher position, you must have:
5. Experience of working with secondary school aged children
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
7. A passion for the progress and attainment of secondary pupils
8. Strong classroom presence and communication skills
9. The ability to work effectively as part of a wider team
