The Senior Project manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments and fit outs in London and be responsible for overseeing1 project to start with. The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.

The Senior Project Manager Role
The successful Senior Project Manager will oversee several projects within Central London You'll likely be tasked with only one project to start with, given the contract values are high - £5 - £30 million.
You'll be responsible for the full team, Site manager, QS, Admin and Project manager who will all report directly into you.
Project are all residential refurbishments without any major structural works and a heavy focus on fine finishes and fit out.
