Role: Sales Coordinator
Location: Huntingdon
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
Salary: £25,000
Are you a highly organised administrator with strong attention to detail and experience supporting sales or order processing?
This is a great opportunity to join a growing and fast-paced business where you'll play a key role in ensuring print orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You'll be working closely with sales, suppliers, and customers, helping to keep operations running smoothly from order through to delivery.
What will you be doing in the sales coordinator role?
* Process print sales orders, quotes, and proformas accurately
* Verify pricing and ensure orders meet company procedures and deadlines
* Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules
* Coordinate artwork approvals and ensure all amendments are actioned
* Maintain accurate CRM records, order documentation, and filing systems
* Handle customer and internal queries relating to print orders
* Support the sales team with administration and order coordination
Experience/qualifications required:
* Experience in a sales admin, order processing, or coordination role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communicator, able to liaise with customers and suppliers
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* A proactive, team-focused approach
