The Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Finance Department. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a dynamic global organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Completing assigned month-end tasks accurately and in line with agreed deadlines.
* Maintaining fixed asset registers, lease reporting, VAT and tax reporting, cash forecasting, and other financial reporting activities.
* Analysing financial data, producing a variety of financial reports, and making appropriate recommendations as required.
* Preparing timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations and income statement analysis.
* Completing year-end close activities and statutory accounting processes.
* Assisting with internal and external audit requirements and liaising with auditors.
* Preparing annual tax pack documentation.
* Identifying opportunities to enhance processes while maintaining compliance and strong internal controls.
* Maintaining and developing Standard Operating Procedures.
* Performing other duties and responsibilities as required to support the finance team.
What You’ll Bring
* Currently studying toward or fully qualified in professional accounting exams (AAT level or above), or Qualified by Experience (QBE) in a similar role.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with different stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach—comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
