We are recruiting for a confident people focused Administrative Assistant to support our Park Food & Beverage theme park team with their daily operation.



This role is fast paced and requires someone with the ability to multi-task and ensure the Food and Beverage Department deliver to their targets daily, weekly and monthly.



Shift pattern:



5 days out of 7 with shifts ranging from 8am-6pm

A day in the life of a Administrative Assistant would include...



* Greeting our fronline team into work every morning
* Supporting the Unit Managers in the day to day, weekly and monthly administration tasks required to ensure the F&B department remain within the P&L budgets
* Conducting team briefings with the team, ensuring they are updated with all the relevant information for the trading day
* Being on hand to answer calls from the units and solving problems quickly and efficiently
* Coordinating the daily operation by ensuring all areas are covered and the team receive lunch breaks in accordance to the working law
* Working closely with the Scheduling Team by reporting any absences, lateness or sickness, and completing relevant Return to Work meetings with the team
* Receiving and responding to email queries from team in a timely manner
* Building weekly schedules for the frontline team



What is required for this role?



Here are some desirable qualities required for this role...



* Previous Food and Beverage or Administration experience
* Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
* Be a great communicator both with front line team as well as the management team
* Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements
* Be approachable at all times with a positive can-do attitude and show willingness towards being a team player
