The Role
Silcom Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced or aspiring Used Car Sales Controller, to join an established, main dealership group. Our client is located in Basingstoke, and represent a household name, working with a small team of five Sales Executives.
Responsibilities & Requirements
* Take full ownership of the finance and insurance function within the sales department.
* Focus on managing and converting customer renewals, maximising retention and profitability.
* Present and sell finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products in a professional and compliant manner.
* Support the sales team in structuring competitive and profitable deals.
* Ensure all finance documentation is accurate and fully compliant with FCA regulations and company standards.
* Monitor F&I penetration rates and drive continuous performance improvement.
* Deliver an exceptional customer journey from proposal through to vehicle handover.
* Must possess a valid UK driver's licence.
The Package
£35,000 Basic - £60,000+ On Target Earnings Potential!!
Five Day Working Week -
Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 6:00pm - Day off in the week.
Saturday - 8:30am - 5:00pm
Sunday - 10:00am - 4:00pm - You work 1 in 2 Sundays (which in turn gives you an additional day off in the week).
Team of five sales executives - looking to go to six.
