Responsibilities
* Work on a broad range of matters, including succession planning, asset and business sales, M & A, reorganisations, partnerships, shareholder agreements and investments.
* Run your own caseload with autonomy, while also supporting senior colleagues on complex deals.
* Contribute to client development and the firm\'s growth.
* Collaborate in a friendly, team-focused environment.
About You
* 3+ years PQE with solid experience in corporate and commercial law.
* Confident communicator with strong technical skills.
* Proactive, commercially aware, and motivated to develop professionally.
* Enjoys working as part of a team while building client relationships.
