Move Manager / Sales Progressor at haart Ely
We’re looking for an organised, detail-focused Move Manager / Sales Progressor with a proven track record of success in administrative roles. Experience within estate agency, residential lettings, or a strong understanding of the home‑buying process is highly desirable.

What you’ll be doing
* Managing and nurturing client relationships throughout the sales journey
* Ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of branch sales progression
* Assisting with and processing home sales from offer to completion
* Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders in the home‑moving process
* Supporting the wider team to deliver an efficient and professional customer experience
What’s on offer to you
Basic annual salary is between £20,000 to £22,000 (depending on experience).
* Basic salary of £20,000 to £22,000 per year
* Complete on‑target earnings of £30,000 per year
* Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a portion of the pipeline:
o 65% – £250
o 75% – £500
o 85% – £750
What you need to bring to the table
* Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role. Ideally, you have experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process.
* A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career within the property industry.
* Passionate about haart, our values, and processes.
* A hunger to earn and a drive to work hard and reap the rewards from your dedication.
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
