Specialist Teaching Assistants Needed – SEN School, Tadworth
We are recruiting for 4 Specialist Teaching Assistant vacancies at a dedicated SEN school in Tadworth supporting children and young people aged 2–19 with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), brain injuries and brain tumours.
Available roles include:
• Full-time
• Part-time
• Maternity cover
• Permanent positions
This specialist setting supports pupils with highly complex physical and medical needs in very small class groups, with exceptionally high staff-to-pupil ratios — in some cases 3:1 support.
The ideal candidates will:
• Have experience working within PMLD or complex SEN settings
• Be confident supporting pupils with profound physical difficulties
• Be willing to provide personal care across all age groups
• Be comfortable assisting with clinical support needs
• Ideally have previous classroom-based experience
• Be passionate, patient and committed to making a difference
Role Details:
• Hours: 9am–5pm
• 48-week contract (not term-time only)
• ASAP start available
• Based in Tadworth

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
