Mandatory Requirement: Must be a fully registered Physiotherapist in Nova Scotia and in good standing with the regulatory body.

Qualifications
* Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university.
* Fully Registered and in good standing as a Physiotherapist in Nova Scotia.
* Minimum of 3‑5+ years of clinical and administrative leadership experience in a rehabilitation clinic.
Key Functions and Responsibilities
* Perform clinical assessments and implement treatment plans for clients.
* Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensure quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.
* Be responsible for financial and clinical performance metrics of the clinic.
* Communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
* Coordinate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong presence in the clinic.
* Engage in continuous learning, mentorship and skills development.
* Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic.
* Play an influential role in nurturing a sense of ownership across the workforce, so that employees feel empowered to use their judgment and experience to make sound decisions.
* Assist in recruitment and hiring of staff.
