We're looking for a Finance ERP Technology Programme Manager to lead the delivery of Merlin's ERP transformation journey. In this role, you’ll drive the tech side of our ERP rollout from integrations and data migration to vendor management and user training. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure our systems don’t just work they empower. You’ll be reporting to our Corporate Solutions Director, leading a skilled team and external partners, and ensuring we deliver tech that truly works for everyone, on time and on budget. What you’ll do: Lead the full ERP tech implementation lifecycle – plan, build, test, deploy Manage integrations, data flows, training and support Oversee tech suppliers, internal teams, budgets, risks and resources Collaborate with Finance ERP Programme Manager and Project Board Drive continuous improvement and adoption of ERP systems Champion quality, user-centred design, and system enhancements Mentor and lead a tech team of Project Managers, Business Analysts and Architects Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP implementations, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle etc), project management methodologies, and system integration techniques. Considerable experience in delivering ERP systems in a corporate environment. Strong proficiency in Finance information systems. Demonstrated ability to deliver system enhancements and manage complex projects.
