Responsibilities
* Support children, young people and their families, acting as a keyworker to identify strengths and challenges and help achieve optimal outcomes.
* Develop and implement action plans for families, monitoring progress and helping families make necessary changes.
* Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends on a rota basis, to meet family needs.
* Collaborate with other professionals and community services to provide effective support and prevent escalation.

* Passion for working with children, young people and families.
* Ability to build trusting relationships quickly.
* Robust, confident and resilient, capable of engaging with carers and families with complex needs.
* Team-oriented, sharing best practice and new ideas to achieve outcomes across Somerset.

Salary & Hours
£32,584 to £36,047 per annum for 37 hours per week, plus a £3,986 recruitment allowance (valid until 31/08/2028). A criminal background check via DBS is required.
