EL / PL Solicitor – Liverpool – Up to £47,000 + Excellent Benefits Package
As the firm continues to expand its Casualty Team, they are seeking a Solicitor to join their Birmingham office, focusing on Employers' Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of Defendant fast-track and multi-track EL/PL matters, with the opportunity to assist Partners on Catastrophic Injury cases. The ideal candidate will have experience defending litigated claims and a strong understanding of CPR and litigation processes. With a steady stream of new instructions from existing clients, we are looking for a motivated and technically skilled lawyer who can build strong relationships and provide exceptional service.
The Candidate
* 0-3 years PQE, ideally with experience in defending litigated claims
* Excellent knowledge of CPR and litigation
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to meet strict deadlines and targets
* Capable of working independently or as part of a team
* High standard of verbal and numerical reasoning
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate information clearly and logically
