We are now seeking to expand our senior leadership team and wishto appoint a Vice Principal to support our inspirationalPrincipal.
As Vice Principal you will:
· Strategically lead the direction and development of the academyin accordance with the ethos and vision of thesponsors.
· Deputise for the Principal, when necessary.
· Monitor, evaluate and review outcomes in relation to pupilprogress.
· Support the creation and implementation of the academyimprovement plan and take sole responsibility for appropriatelydelegated aspects of it.
· Support all staff in achieving the priorities and targets whichthe academy sets for itself, and to provide them with support andguidance in implementing schemes of work.
· Support the evaluation of the effectiveness of the academy'spolicies and developments.
· Provide professional leadership and management throughout theschool.
· Strategically plan for improvement by contributing to themanagement and deployment of all financial and physical resourcesin the academy.
You must have experience of working as an Assistant Head /Principal within a primary setting and be passionate aboutimproving children's life chances through the provision of thehighest quality of education.
You must have a strong work ethic, high expectations of yourselfand others, and have the ability to lead and inspire staff andpupils in realising those expectations.
