We are seeking a dedicated and reliable relief Cleaner to join our team. Duties
* Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
* Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored correctly.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
* Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team.
Skills
* Ability to drive is required for travelling between various locations.
* Proficiency in English to communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
* Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address any enquiries professionally.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
