The Commercial Excellence Executive will support the Head of Marketing Operations in the development and execution of commercial and marketing strategies that drive brand growth performance across key markets.
The role focuses on operationalizing commercial processes, supporting data-driven decision-making, and ensuring the effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives. The Executive will help embed best practices, maintain data integrity, and coordinate projects that optimize commercial performance across brands and markets.
What would I be doing?
· Market & Category Insights Support: Support the development of market and category insights using platforms like IWSR and Nielsen. Help create accessible dashboards and tools for Sales teams.
· Process & Tools Implementation: Document and standardise commercial processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
· Support the rollout and adoption of new tools, templates, and processes across Sales and Marketing teams.
· Monitor usage and provide troubleshooting assistance for commercial systems. Process Improvement: Assist in streamlining commercial processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
· Brand Growth Building & Commercial Drivers: Assist in embedding our marketing growth model, to leverage: More Presence, More Consumers, More Often, Spending More, by tracking key metrics.
· Innovation Support: Assist in embedding the Spark2 innovation process, supporting the rollout and adoptions of new tools, templates and processes across the commercial teams.
· Performance Reporting: Maintain dashboards and performance metrics.
· Forecasting Support: Help embed (Integrated Business Planning) IBP processes across the Commercial team, in collaboration with Sales.
· Support brand governance and compliance within agreed commercial process
· Project Co-ordination: Support the management of timelines and deliverables for commercial excellence initiatives. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
· Training & Enablement: Support the creation of training plans for the Commercial & Brand Home team.
What skillset do I need to succeed?
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong analytical and data management skills.
* Excellent organisational and project coordination abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Copilot. Familiarity with Power BI and data visualization tools advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to work collaboratively across global teams.
