We are looking for a performance-focused Growth Enablement Manager to drive growth effectiveness across our customer contact centres in the fast-paced utilities sector.
You'll have:
3. Experience in a sales/growth enablement, training or performance role within a utilities contact centre ideally within utilities or a similar regulated sector.
4. Strong understanding of utility products, market dynamics and growth drivers.
5. Proven ability to influence frontline growth performance through data-driven interventions and high-quality enablement.
6. Deep industry knowledge of the dynamics in either the Energy, Financial Services or Telco sector, with a viewpoint on the capabilities that drive value and growth for residential customers.
7. Familiarity with CRM and sales platforms (., Salesforce, NICE, Five9) and ability to analyse conversion, upsell, and call quality metrics

This role is central to turning commercial propositions — including tariffs, bundles, and value-added services — into frontline results.
You'll act as the key link between the commercial function and our contact centres, ensuring that new offers are translated into compelling growth conversations and that agents are equipped, trained, and motivated to convert customer interest into measurable growth outcomes.

Campaign Readiness & Execution
8. Lead the enablement of commercial propositions across our contact centres.
9. Translate complex regulatory or market-led propositions into customer-friendly messages.
10. Drive consistent execution of offers and upsell opportunities
Growth Performance Delivery
11. Monitor customer growth performance and proactively intervene to improve conversion rates.
12. Work across Operations to identify performance gaps and deploy targeted coaching
13. Feed insight to the commercial team to improve offer design, customer fit, or competitive positioning.
Enablement Tools & Content
14. Create tailored growth and retention toolkits
15. Ensure frontline teams have access to and confidence in the latest tools and knowledge bases
Training & Skills Development
16. With support from People Enablement Teams, design and deliver engaging training sessions
17. Support onboarding of new agents
Cross-Functional Collaboration
18. Act as a key partner to the commercial, product, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
19. Leveraging the power of people and technology, spark new growth and create a cohesive buyer and customer journey
20. Support our product & technology teams to create personalised experiences that today's customers expect.
21. Work closely with relevant departments to coordinate campaign rollouts and messaging alignment across all customer touchpoints
