The Role and Responsibilities

A new role has arisen for an Account Lead to join our Hydraulic Products Sales team based here at EnerMech in Aberdeen. This is a permanent role based at our offices in Aberdeen, reporting to the Team Lead.

Day to day duties and responsibilities will include;

* Be responsible for a key client account, and accountable for the timely and effective delivery of all contracted services
* Technical reviews of customer enquiries to determine requirements
* To process sales enquiries/orders and managing orders through to payment
* Develop and Maintain good customer relationships for key accounts
* Responsible for ensuring accounts payable invoices are completed weekly, complete weekly sales tracker updates or pass information on for update as appropriate
* Responsible for ensuring client specific requirements are met, i.e. submission of Monthly client reporting


The Requirements

To be successful for this position you will ideally have previous experience managing a key client account and have demonstrable experience of building long lasting relationships with customers. Previous experience in a Technical Sales role would be advantageous.

You will be proficient in using Microsoft systems, Excel, Word etc and have a good commercial and financial understanding.

You will be organised, have great attention to detail and a good communicator to both internal and external stakeholders.
