Responsibilities
* Demonstrate proper techniques and ensure safety during all activities
* Monitor participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance
* Maintain a motivating and inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and confidence
* Keep accurate records of attendance, progress, and programme adjustments
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners of all levels
* Organised with the ability to plan effective training programmes
* Ability to work flexibly across different schedules including evenings or weekends if necessary
* A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for promoting health, fitness, and education
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.38 per hour
