Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver performance-focused sub-systems for integration within larger weapon system architectures.
* Own the physical definition, certification, and acceptance of hardware systems.
* Produce and maintain technical and certification documentation to required standards.
* Support the integration of functional software with complex hardware subsystems.
* Engage with and manage third-party suppliers, defining technical statements of work and deliverables.
* Operate across the early lifecycle of projects, clarifying stakeholder needs and influencing technical direction.
* Lead technical work packages, balancing progress against risks in collaboration with project managers.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven background in developing complex electrical equipment or subsystems.
* Strong understanding of assembly, integration, test, and certification processes.
* Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
* Experience in supplier management and technical work definition.
* Systems engineering knowledge including requirements, design, and performance analysis.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-technology environment with secure project demands.
