Job Description
We are seeking a creative and organised Social Media Coordinator to support and grow Palé Hall’s digital presence. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a luxury hospitality environment, bringing the story of the estate, its people, and its experiences to life across multiple platforms.
1. Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant channels
2. Manage day-to-day social media activity, including scheduling and community engagement
3. Capture on-site content (photo/video) that reflects the brand’s tone and aesthetic
4. Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and events
5. Monitor performance and provide insights to optimise content and engagement
6. Stay informed on social media trends, particularly within luxury hospitality and travel
Qualifications
7. Previous experience in social media, marketing, or content creation
8. Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
9. Creative, proactive, and highly organised
10. Confident in capturing and editing content (mobile or basic tools)
11. An interest in hospitality, food, travel, or luxury brands
12. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
