Reporting into the Operations Director, we’re looking for an organised, detailed and committed individual to support a small team of Managers with administrative duties and document control type responsibilities. Previous experience in the role with a developer or residential contractor would be preferred. Key Responsibilities * Provide day-to-day admin support to the technical team, ensuring smooth project delivery. * Coordinate and distribute technical documents, drawings, and consultant information with precision. * Manage consultant records, regulatory submissions, and warranty applications. * Track purchase orders, invoices, and project fee schedules. * Organize and maintain digital filing systems for efficient access to project data. * Prepare and collate completion certificates, warranties, and EPCs for handovers. * Support sustainability reporting and public consultation logistics as needed. * Attend and minute project meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-up. * Proactively suggest process improvements and uphold the company’s premium standards...
