Key Responsibilities
* Carry out service, maintenance, and repair work on pumps and other rotating/mechanical equipment
* Work on equipment including pumps, motors, fans, and associated systems
* Replace bearings, mechanical seals, and complete pump units where required
* Service pumping stations, including sewage pumping systems and associated equipment
* Lift and remove pumps safely for inspection and maintenance
* Clear debris/blockages from pumping equipment and stations
* Inspect and test float switches, control gear, and related components
* Diagnose faults on pumps, motors, inverters, and electrical systems
* Work directly with customer representatives on‑site and provide professional service
* Operate within local travel areas (up to 50 miles)
* Participate in overtime and call‑out work when required
Key Requirement
Experience servicing and repairing pumps and rotating mechanical equipment

Additional Requirements
* Experience working on customer sites and liaising directly with clients
* Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
* Willingness to work overtime and participate in call‑out rota
* Strong problem‑solving and practical engineering skills
* Ability to work independently and manage local travel

* Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per year
