*** Valentine Window Cleaning Ltd has a vacancy for a Window Cleaner / Industrial Cleaning Operative***
PART TIME (3 Days a Week)
Start Date – Immediate (6 Month Probation Period)
We are currently seeking an Industrial cleaning operative / general window cleaner to be able to clean windows, conservatory roofs and U.P.V.C Facias & Soffits using the pure water pole system.
The role also entails other commercial cleaning services such as; office and factory cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, gutter clearing (using our SkyVac system) and external pressure washing services.
Full training and shadowing will be provided.
Hours of work 8:00am – 5:00pm- zero hour contract - dependant on weather (winter weather/heavy rain etc)
Basic Rate of £12.30 per hour (+Bonuses) OTE - £ £150+ per day. (£14k - £20k)
Requirements – No experience required although applicants
*** MUST have a Full Clean Driving Licence ***
Skills & Experience
Must be friendly, able to work on own, reliable & hardworking, well mannered and excellent with customers. Must have a full clean driving license and have no criminal convictions - Full DBS will be undertaken at the cost of the candidate (this will be fully refunded after successful competition of probation period) This is required as we clean schools, nursing homes & prisons.
Must enjoy working outdoors in all different weather types & meeting new people. Applicant should also have experience using mobile devices and different Apps.
Good time keeping and a can-do positive attitude is a must
Responsible for completion of daily cleaning rounds, following data sheets (on mobile device and on paper) containing round information. Responsible for collection of customers payments when required.
