Role Description
This is a full-time HSE Advisor role at KAEFER UK & Ireland. The role involves overseeing health, safety, and environmental practices, conducting risk assessments, implementing safety programs, inspecting work site(s), providing training/guidance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This is a site position located in Barry, Wales, on our Dow site.
Qualifications
* Experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management
* Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
* Risk assessment and site inspection skills
* Training and communication skills
* Experience in technical industrial services is beneficial
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* NEBOSH Cert
* Membership of IOSH/IIRSM
* Applied practice of UK Health, Safety, and Environmental Regs
* Hold the right to live and work in the UK
