If you have an eye for detail and enjoy creating a safe and clean environment for some of the most vulnerable people in society, then join the team at Ty Gwyn Hall as a Bank Support Services Assistant.
Working alongside the housekeeping team, you will be responsible for cleaning all areas of the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitors areas. You will also work alongside the catering team to support the chefs in meal preparation, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and assisting with deliveries.
As a staff bank, you can pick up available shifts that suit you at £13.50 per hour, including a 12.07% pay uplift, with weekly pay.
You will follow and promote Elysium's cleanliness standards to ensure the safety of service users, staff, and visitors at all times.
As a Support Services Assistant, you will be:
* Providing and maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
* Completing all housekeeping documentation.
* Reporting any equipment malfunctions.
* Using appropriate cleaning equipment.
* Promoting and following government and company measures.
* Serving food and beverages to service users, staff, and visitors.
* Maintaining storage procedures and stock rotation.
* Assisting catering staff with meal preparation and cooking according to company policies.
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Have experience in a similar environment.
* Enjoy cleaning tasks.
* Be a good communicator.
* Possess knowledge of COSHH and HACCP.
* Pay attention to detail and uphold high cleanliness standards.

Location: Llantilio Pertholey, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, Wales, NP7 6NY
You will be working at Ty Gwyn Hall, a rehabilitation and treatment service for individuals with mental health conditions. The hospital is located in Abergavenny, South Wales, with easy access via M4, M5, and rail networks. The service supports referrals nationwide, with a multidisciplinary team delivering positive outcomes.
