Senior Parts Coordinator - Water and Waste

We have a unique and exciting opportunity for a Senior Parts Coordinator for the Water and Waste Aftersales business, based in UK, Poole, Dorset.
As the Senior Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing spare parts orders that come directly from the customer to the Aftersales team. You will have a passion for providing excellent customer service in delivering a professional and efficient response to all customer orders.
What will you be doing?
As the Senior Parts Coordinator, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
* Act as a contact for spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries and non‑conformities.
* Act as a link between the customer and the various departments involved in the spare parts delivery process.
* Handle and coordinate quotes and orders according to working procedures, guidelines, and local requirements.
* Ensure the highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders.
* Ensure correct customer master data and handling instructions are used when processing quotations and orders.
* Actively follow‑up the order book with the sales team.
* Liaise with Sales about the content and terms of the offerings.
* Maintain and develop knowledge of customer specific solutions and needs.
* Follow up and communicate parts deliveries information accordingly in a timely manner to customers.
* Set up and promote OB follow up meetings with Sales Team.
* In case of having an assigned expertise, ensure the transfer of knowledge within the teams and elevate the issues that may arise.
* Build profitable customer relationships in order to provide feedback and valuable information.
* Utilize the expertise for the benefit of customers by active involvement in customer initiatives globally.
* Support PCM Coordinators over team/area setup by sharing expertise with end users and stakeholders.
* Be a Parts Coordinator Ambassador in the defined area of expertise.

* Confidently coordinating and prioritizing daily activities and urgent requests with relevant colleagues to find a satisfactory solution.
* Experience in providing exceptional internal and external customer service.
* Experience in direct handling of quotations and orders.
* Advanced MS Office skills.
* Outstanding communication skills, fluency in the English language, both verbal and written.
* A team player with a “Doer” attitude.
* Working knowledge of SAP advantageous.
* Employee training experience.
