Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring effective rostering and coordination of care services, utilising our in-house system, Nourish. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and organising staff schedules to ensure optimal care delivery
* Being on call over the weekends to address any immediate needs or issues
* Collaborating with our team to ensure high standards of care and client satisfaction
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the Nourish system
Key Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in a care setting, with a passion for helping others
* Proficiency in using the Nourish rostering system
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to be on call during weekends
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
