Service Co-ordinator - Tunbridge Wells

Hours
* Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
The role of Service co-ordinator:
* Schedule daily and weekly workloads for service engineers
* Maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction at all times
* Work efficiently to ensure all appointments are booked within client requirements
* Proactively inform clients of any issues, delays, or updates
* Handle emergency call outs in line with the 24-hour response regulation
* Ensure all service activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate system records
* Prepare and issue customer invoices using Xero
* Manage engineers reports, distribute them to customers, and arrange any follow-up appointments as needed
The ideal Service co-ordinator:
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office
* Previous experience in a service or scheduling role is highly advantageous
