With a strong reputation in the industry and annual turnover exceeding £500 million, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a high-performing environment. Reporting to the senior members of the finance team, the successful candidate will support in managing the weekly expense process and ROI purchase ledger while contributing to a variety of administrative finance tasks. Key Responsibilities Coordinating and processing weekly employee expense submissions Maintaining and managing the Republic of Ireland (ROI) purchase ledger Setting up new contracts using internal finance and subcontractor management systems Handling credit application processing Recording and tracking petty cash and select credit card transactions Preparing salary costing allocations Costing and coding high-value invoices Supporting the broader purchase ledger function where required Distributing incoming post Assisting with switchboard cover as needed Carrying out general finance-related admin duties Essential Skills and Experience Previous experience in a finance or accounts administrative role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Competency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and Word Experience within construction or related industries (desirable, not essential) Organised, proactive, and capable of meeting deadlines About the Company Culture This organisation promotes a collaborative and inclusive working environment, ensuring equal opportunities and support for all employees.
