Seven Criminal Justice are looking for a Clinical Manager to work within the Dyfodol Service in South Wales (base of choice to be agreed on appointment).
This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary ranging from £40k up to £45k depending on experience.
The hours are set at 37.5 hours per week with normal working hours of 08.30-16.30 Monday to Friday, however some weekend/evening work may be required.
Role Purpose:
* The post-holder will be responsible for overseeing, co-ordinating and delivering a full range of interventions to people who use substances.
* With the support of three Senior Nurses, you will manage a team of 8 Nurses, 4 Health Care Assistants and clinical administrator. You will provide direct line management support for the 3 Senior Nurses and the Administrator.
* You will support the Organisational Clinical Lead so that all services are delivered in line with Kaleidoscope Operational Policies and procedures, ensuring that interventions are safe, undertaken to a high standard and informed by up-to-date practice.
* The post holder will ensure that quality services are delivered to substance using service users, ensuring that high professional standards are maintained, output targets achieved,
and that the service works within established administrative and reporting procedures.
Requirements:
* RMN/RGN with valid NMC pin.
* ILM Level five in management/leadership or equivalent.
* Experience in supervisor or leadership position.
* Knowledge of substance use including evidence based therapeutic interventions.
* Right to work in the Uk.
* Enhanced DBS Check.
