Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, personalised servicebuilding strong relationships and helping customers find jewellery that reflects their unique style. Perform piercings and permanent jewellery services (full accredited training provided). Drive sales through product expertise, upselling, and customer connection. Manage appointments, consultations, and aftercare with professionalism. Maintain beautiful, compliant store displays while supporting a collaborative team culture.
