This role focuses on the safe and efficient operation of Matsuura CNC machining centres. No programming skills required. We are simply looking for someone confident in setting, operating and maintaining smooth production from existing programs. Commutable from Wolverhampton, Walsall, Burntwood, Willenhall, Wednesbury, Aldridge, Feathersone, Essington, Bloxwich, West Bromwich, Bilston, Brownhills and Great Barr Key Responsibilities Set and operate Matsuura CNC machines using existing programs Load/unload components and ensure accurate part alignment Conduct tool changes and machine adjustments as required! Perform quality checks using measuring equipment (verniers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) Monitor production runs to maintain output and quality standards Adhere to health & safety and maintain a clean working environment Report any machine issues or deviations to the supervisor About You Previous experience as a CNC Setter/Operator Strong hands-on experience with Matsuura machining centres Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Good eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Reliable, proactive, and able to work well as part of a team No programming experience required If you take pride in your work and want to grow your knowledge and experience, wed love to hear from you!
