Responsibilities
* Support students with additional learning needs both 1:1 and in small group settings, fostering academic, emotional, and social development.
* Assist in implementing Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and celebrate every achievement, no matter how small.
* Promote an inclusive classroom where every child feels safe, supported, and empowered to succeed.
* Be a reliable, encouraging presence - someone pupils can trust and depend on throughout their day.
