An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a growing and highly regarded commercial property team based at Cardiff Gate .
This role is ideally suited to a paralegal who is serious about a long-term legal career and is looking for meaningful responsibility, quality work and a clear pathway towards a future Training Contract .
The role:
You will support on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
Assisting with commercial acquisitions and disposals
Drafting and reviewing leases, licences and associated documents
Conducting title investigations and due diligence
Liaising with clients, agents and third parties
General transactional and administrative support to the wider team
