We’re looking for a 3D Generalist with a strong motion design focus to join one of Manchester's most exciting creative studios. Known for producing distinctive, design‑led work for global brands, this team thrives on collaboration, craft, and pushing boundaries in visual storytelling.
As part of the 3D & Motion team, you’ll work across modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation, bringing ideas to life in ways that are bold, original, and beautiful.
What you’ll be doing :
* Building detailed 3D models and environments
* Applying textures, lighting, and rendering for stunning results
* Animating assets with a focus on fluid motion design and narrative
* Blending 3D into wider motion content seamlessly
What you’ll bring :
* Experience in Cinema 4D or Blender (ideally both)
* Strong After Effects skills for compositing & motion
* An eye for design, detail, and animation principles
* A passion for experimentation and learning new tools
Bonus points if you know :
* Substance, MarvellousDesigner, Unreal Engine
* Cloth, particle, or fluid simulations
