Job Description:

Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a Financial Planning firm.

Our client is an independent financial planning firm, who specialises in offering clients holistic financial advice across South Wales and Mid Wales. As the advice they provide expands and the business continues to go from strength to strength they are looking to expand their Administration team to meet excess demand. They are happy to offer hybrid working for candidates with experience working in an IFA practice.


Duties:

* Onboarding new clients and support in servicing existing clients
* Sending out letters of authority
* Liaising with product providers and clients
* Working closely with the other administrators, paraplanners and advisers
* General administration duties such as email management, scanning, filing etc

Skills and experience required:

* Experience working in a Financial Planning practice, to understanding the industry
* Strong Administration experience
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
