The Role

We’re looking for an energetic Customer Success Support to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver outstanding support to our B2B partners and help drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction. You’ll be the voice of the customer, ensuring every interaction builds lasting relationships and delivers value.

What You’ll Do

* Onboard all new B2B customers and programs
* Build partnerships that help customers improve and grow
* Use data and insights to inform decisions and enhance the customer journey
* Accurately manage records in Salesforce, including all customer interactions and pipeline activity
* Process program changes with precision (new clubs, swaps, cancellations, billing adjustments)
* Support new business by researching, qualifying, and setting appointments
* Continuously improve processes and ways of working to deliver excellent service
