Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and qualified Electrical Tester with extensive experience in the social housing and local authority sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executing Test and Remedial contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct electrical testing and inspections in social housing and local authority properties.
* Perform Fault finding on electrical installations to identify and resolve issues.
* Provide accurate and detailed reports on test results and remedial work carried out.
* Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrical Tester.
* Proven experience in the social housing and local authority sector.
* Familiarity with Test and Remedial contracts.
* Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and safety standards.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and team members.
