**Permanent Position **Are you an organized, proactive, and detail-focused administrator with experience in warehousing? We are looking for a Storage Administrator to join our Storage team and support the smooth running of our day-to-day storage operation.
Duties Include:
* Process daily customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Book stock in and maintain precise, up-to-date stock records
* Complete regular stock checks and assist with full stock takes
* Support Warehouse and Transport departments with stock queries and workflow
* Provide excellent customer service via email, telephone, and face-to-face
* Communicate stock levels, order updates, discrepancies, or issues promptly
* Build positive working relationships with customers and internal teams
* Support warehouse and transport costings
* Update systems and ensure all records are current and correct
Experience:
* At least 1 year experience in a warehousing administrative role
* Experience using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
* Knowledge of stock control and stock accuracy
* Strong communication, customer service, and IT skills
Pay rate:
* up to £28,000 PA
Shifts:
* Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
