The role:
* Working on high profile M&A deals, takeovers, defence, equity raising, financial strategy, LBOs
* Active part on small teams, working with senior level clients
* Building financial models and preparing deal documentation
* Close mentorship with senior directors and MDs
* Opportunity to work with listed FTSE and European clients on a broad range of deals
The successful candidate will have a background as follows;
* Investment banking analysts with other firms
* 1 - 3 years deal experience
* Financial modelling and deal execution experience
