Our list is growing and it is time to expand our team to match. We are looking to recruit a GP, on a salaried basis, for up to 6 sessions/week. Salary depending on experience but competitive.

We are a forward thinking practice with a supportive and friendly team and would welcome applications from both newly qualified GPs or experienced GPs looking to relocate. For those wanting more than ‘GP’, we participate in a full range of Enhanced Services. As a team, we believe in a healthy work/life balance and facilitate team breaks during the day, ample GP administrative time and protected time to cover trainees. The majority of visits are done by our ANPs and the ethos of our Admin team is to minimise unnecessary GP administrative work.

* Current clinical team of 6 Partners, 2 Salaried GPs, 1 long-term locum, 3 ANP’s, 3 Practice Nurses (Band 6) supplemented by 2 CTAC Band 5 nurses and 2 CTAC Band 3 HCAs.
* Large Pharmacotherapy team to help minimise GP workload.
* 2 Clinical Pharmacists
* Wider MDT comprising First Contact Physio, Mental Health & Wellbeing, Dementia Frailty nurse, Occupational Therapy
* Co-located with other NHS services which enables close cooperation: Podiatry, Diatetics, Physio, Speech and Language Therapy, Community Nursing, Child Protection/Social Care
* Vision/Docman/eConsult/iGPR
* Experienced and highly skilled Admin and Management Team
* Docman Workflow optimised with minimal Docman for GP.
