The Oracle HCM Consultant role involves providing functional and technical expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, with a focus on architecting solutions and supporting clients. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules. A degree in Finance or Computer Science is required, and ITIL V4 Foundation certification is preferred. This position offers opportunities for growth and collaboration within a diverse team. What youll be doing: • Provide functional and technical expertise to support and develop solutions within Oracle Cloud HCM • Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies • Able to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation • Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries • Act as the Techno-Functional owner for Oracle Cloud HCM in an ERP system • Can recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes • The person playing this role will build working relationships with key client, incumbent and NTT DATA stakeholders, including other NTT DATA technical support and engineering teams. • The role will report into the Service Delivery Manager for the respective NTT DATA account along with being part of the Applications Management practice. What experience youll bring: • Demonstrated strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills • Be a self-starter with high motivation to succeed • Be a team player with strong results orientation • Knowledge of financial planning and reporting processes • Critical thinking and analytical background • 10 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM • Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows • Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Global Payroll (UK), Oracle Cloud Talent Management, Absence Management, HR Help Desk, Oracle Cloud Learning and ORC) • Technical skills in fast formulas, Redwood migration, VBCS, OTBI, BI reports, HCM extracts, HDL loader • Participated in at least 1 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM • Strong organization skills and attention to detail • Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and usage in multiple industries • Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution • Experience with Microsoft Office versions 2010 – 2016 • First Line, Second Line and hands-on Operational Support experience (Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfilment, etc.) • Degree: Undergraduate degree in Finance or Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
