This role is Office Based (Hybrid working available following successful completion of probation).Client relationships are at the heart of what our client does. You’ll join a high-performing, supportive team working with SMEs to drive successful apprenticeship experiences.As you progress, you’ll take on increased ownership, strategic input, and account complexity – with each level offering clear development and increased earning potential.Key Responsibilities & Role Expectations:Account ManagerYou’re focused on delivering exceptional service to employers and learners alike, while growing your experience in sales and customer success. In this role, you’ll: Manage a portfolio of SME employer accountsAim for 4 apprenticeship starts per monthServe as the main point of contact for your assigned clientsIdentify and generate new opportunities through progressions, upselling, and cross-sellingCollaborate with internal teams and coaches to resolve learner or service issuesEnsure accurate client records and data trackingSupport strong learner completion and retention ratesContribute to a positive team environment and service standards Senior Account ManagerYou’re confident in independently managing accounts, solving challenges, and influencing positive outcomes for clients and learners.
