As a Senior Subway Artist Supervisot at Sodexo, based at Royal Stoke Hospital, Newcastle Road, Stoke-On-Trent ST4 6QG, you'll take the lead in delivering high-quality catering services in a dynamic healthcare environment. You'll be an inspiring leader, capable of motivating your team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a sharp eye for detail. With strong communication and organisational skills, you'll help us put people at the heart of everything we do - delivering outstanding service to patients, staff, and visitors alike. What you'll do: Oversee the production of Subway produce for daily service in line with specification Ensure food storage and preparation comply with Subway and Sodexo standards Lead the team during key service periods Monitor produce stock levels and maintain product availability Receive, check, and store deliveries Maintain a safe working environment for staff and guests Maintain personal hygiene and uniform standards in line with brand expectations Deliver high standards of customer service, ensuring survey results are achieved Promote both Subway and Sodexo brands at all times Support the completion of weekly/monthly inventory stock takes in line with Subway and Sodexo standards Place weekly orders to maintain store operations Declare till daily, capturing bread count at end of service Support performance and people management needs of staff Deliver monthly Sodexo Great Training Program, annual appraisals, and competency checks Maintain stock rotation in all store locations, minimizing risk of waste or spoilage Stay informed of current promotional activity and ensure adequate stock of relevant product lines What you bring: Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role A professional attitude, with integrity and a strong sense of responsibility A positive, approachable manner with excellent communication across teams Strong IT and administrative skills A proactive mindset and willingness to grow and learn What we offer: Working at Sodexo isn't just a job - it's a chance to make a difference every day.
